I stopped in specifically because of the promo, but when I got to checkout, it suddenly wasn’t available. Maybe there was some fine print I missed, but it felt misleading in the moment. stuff like that leaves a bad impression, so I just walked out without buying anything

"Damaged packaging and a frustrating mess"
My box showed up completely crushed, and the makeup had leaked all over everything inside. I ended up having to clean it up, check what was still usable, and then figure out the return/replacement process, which felt like way too many steps for something that should’ve arrived in good condition.

I was excited to try this, but the color options are way too limited for me. I got charged with no issue, and I’m not worried about any updates or anything like that, I just wish there were more shades to choose from.

The site itself was fine, but trying to get help was frustrating. It took support a few days to get back to me, and I ended up having to follow up before I got a real response. When they did reply, the tone felt a little like they were talking down to me, which didn’t help. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower and more annoying than it needed to be.

"Didn’t Blend as Well as I’d Hoped"
I really wanted to like this, especially because I’ve used similar creams before that blended in easily. This one felt kind of patchy on my skin and took way longer than expected to smooth out. From a distance it looked okay, but up close I could definitely tell it wasn’t sitting that nicely

This was such a hassle. I waited for my order from maskcarabeauty.com, and when it finally showed up, the box was crushed and the packaging inside was all over the place. One of the items looked like it had leaked a little too, so I had to go through everything and clean it up instead of just enjoying what I bought. I tried ordering twice, and both times the shades I wanted were out of stock. What made it even more annoying was having to go through verification again like I was actually going to be able to buy something. After the second time, I just gave up.

I ordered from maskcarabeauty.com the shipping took forever. The weirdest part was the tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it like I was trying to crack some secret code. At one point I was genuinely wondering if my package had been sent on a nationwide tour before coming to me.
By the time it finally showed up, I was already irritated and over it. Maybe it was just bad luck, but the whole thing felt way too mysterious for a simple beauty order. I probably won’t order again unless they figure out their shipping situation.

I expected to be kept updated a bit better, but I ended up having to ask for updates myself. When I did get replies, they were often slow or not very clear. It made the whole order feel more stressful than it needed to be, and I didn’t really feel like I was being kept in the loop

"Support could’ve been better"
I do like some of the products, and they seem solid overall, but my experience with the consultant support wasn’t great. Replies took a long time, and when I did hear back, the answers felt a bit rushed. I was hoping for more guidance with picking shades, which I feel like should’ve been easier. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but it was definitely more frustrating than I expected.

"Felt ignored during the return process"
I tried returning my order from maskcarabeauty.com and it ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. The return instructions were confusing, and when I reached out for help, the replies took forever and didn’t really answer what I was asking.
I kept having to follow up, and it felt like I was being brushed off instead of helped. By the end, I was just tired of dealing with it. Definitely not worth the hassle, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"I’m not sure how I feel about..."
I’m not sure how I feel about this product. The ingredients make me a little uneasy, and I think companies have a responsibility to be more upfront about what they’re putting in things people actually use or consume. Maybe it’s fine, but it doesn’t feel right to me when I’m left second-guessing.
